Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all subscription plans and services offered by ArigaMoney India Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") through the GoalSeek platform ("Platform"). This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions of Use, available at https://www.usegoalseek.com/policy-pages/terms-and-conditions.
2. Subscription Plans
GoalSeek offers the following plans for individual users:
Free Plan: No payment required. Access to core features at no charge.
Monthly Subscription: Rs. 179 per month (inclusive of GST), billed monthly.
Annual Subscription: Rs. 1,409 per year (inclusive of GST), billed annually.
Corporate and enterprise programs are governed by the terms of the applicable commercial agreement between the Company and the corporate client and are not covered by this Policy.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) using the subscription management settings on your device, or by writing to us at support@goalseek.co.in.
Upon cancellation:
Your subscription will not auto-renew at the end of the current billing period.
You will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
No further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. Refunds - Subscriptions
Subscription fees are collected directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) on our behalf. GoalSeek does not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds for subscription purchases.

Refunds from Apple or Google are subject to their respective refund policies, which GoalSeek has no control over.
5. Refunds - Advisory Calls
Payments made directly through the GoalSeek platform for one-on-one advisory calls are processed by the Company. The following terms apply:
Payments are non-refundable once a call has been completed.
If you cancel a scheduled call at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund processed through the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before a scheduled call, no refund will be issued. However, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the call at your convenience.
If the call cannot take place due to a technical failure on our end, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
To request a refund for an advisory call, contact us at support@goalseek.co.in within 14 days of the issue.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any refund rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
7. Auto-Renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date through the App Store or Play Store to avoid being charged for the next period.
8. Free Plan
The Free Plan carries no payment obligation. You may delete your account at any time by selecting 'Delete Account' at the bottom of the menu within the app.
9. Changes to Pricing or Plans
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or plan features at any time. Where we make changes that affect your current subscription, we will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. If you do not wish to continue under the revised terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
